Welcome to Eagle's Wings. We are an organization dedicated to helping women who are trapped in domestic violence move from victimization to empowerment and freedom. We provide services and education for men, women, and their children trapped in the cycle of abuse. Our organization was founded by Executive Director, Judi Noble . She was a victim of domestic violence and has dedicated her life to helping women discover their true worth.  We have been in existence since 1996 and since then have educated, coached, and provided emergency services and resources to hundreds of families.
